Nicole Biller is a
graduate of Texas Womans University. She
worked a vet technician after graduating in
1995. She went on to study equine nutrition
and reproduction. She managed Wolf Creek
Ranch in Gainesville, TX. from 1997 to 2005
for the Crozier family of Dallas, TX. She
received her real estate license in fall
2004. Her first year in real estate she was
already a multi-million producer. She
received much of her training in real estate
from Jack E. Crozier, retired CEO of Murray
Income Properties, and her boss for 8 years.
She knows land, whether, for recreation,
horses, cattle, hunting, or investment!!
Nicole obtained her Broker's license in May of
2007.
She is a Broker Associate with The Real
Estate Company.
Nicole specializes in
buying and selling North Texas land and
ranches. She has sold several prestigious
ranches, such as, C Quarter Circle Ranch and
Wolf Creek Ranch both located in
Gainesville. She understands the needs of
today's horse people and investment buyers.
